1. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over Rs. 3,500 🇵🇰. Any order below that will incur the standard shipping rate.
2. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept online payments and secure payments via Shopify’s checkout system.
3. How long will delivery take?
Normally, orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery across Pakistan typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
4. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes! We offer returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure items are unused and in original packaging. To start a return, contact us via the Contact page.
5. How do I check my order status?
Log in to your account via the Log in link on the site. You’ll be able to view your order history and track shipping. We’ll also email you updates at each stage: order confirmation, dispatch, and delivery.
6. Are items in your catalog always in stock?
We do our best to keep everything available, but stock can change. If an item is sold out (labeled “Sold out”), you can sign up on the product page to get notified when it's back in stock.
7. Do you offer bundles or special sets?
Yes! Check out our Bundles collection—for example, the AURA BUNDLE or DELTA BUNDLE—which offer curated accessory sets at great value.

9. Can I customize or request a special item?
Currently, we offer a curated selection of bracelets, rings, chains, pendants, and bundles. We do not provide customization services at this time, but stay tuned for updates on new collections!

You can subscribe to our email list at the bottom of the site. We also share updates, new arrivals, and promotions on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
